Woodland Cottages are 15 minutes from the beach located on a seventeenth century farmstead in the beautiful North Devon countryside. The listed stone and cob barns were lovingly converted in 2004 to create three high quality cottages, all with outstanding rural views towards Exmoor.
The cottages are set in 24 acres with a private 8 acre woodland for exploring and dog walks. There is also a large lawned area in front of the cottage patios, making this an ideal and safe location for energetic children and DOGS.
The cottages are superbly placed for exploring both Dartmoor and Exmoor and are just a two hour drive from the world famous Eden Project in Cornwall. Other attractions to be found within easy reach include The Tarka Trail, Appledore, Bideford,Instow, The Big Sheep, Rosemoor Gardens and the beautiful working harbour town of Clovelly. The cottages are also ideally situated for exploring North Devon and its beautiful beaches and magnificent countryside.
